Payment

Omni-Tech Design Kft accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Discover Card.


Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Amount reserved

When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account.
The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization

When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time.
Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.

Credit Card authorization

The money will be withdrawn from your account when the web shop processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.

All prices on the website include VAT.

Omni-Tech Design Kft uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Omni-Tech Design Kft's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment

The delivery time for your order is 5-7 days.

Omni-Tech Design Kft uses Webshippy Kft. and GLS Hungary Kft. for shipment of your ordered items.

Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.

You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address. 

You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

Omni-Tech Design Kft offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

ENSŌ Diamond — Extended 30-Day Withdrawal

For purchases of the ENSŌ Diamond, Omni-Tech Design Kft voluntarily extends the withdrawal period to 30 days from the date of delivery as a commercial guarantee. All other conditions described in this section apply equally.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the item is borne by you. For returns from within the European Union, the return shipping cost is estimated at approximately €35-€50, depending on your location and chosen carrier. For returns from outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries), return shipping costs cannot be estimated in advance and will vary based on the origin country, carrier, and applicable customs requirements. We recommend using a tracked shipping service in all cases, as you bear responsibility for the item until it is received by us.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than the last day of the applicable withdrawal period (14 days for all other products, 30 days for the ENSŌ Diamond). The item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail at support@ensoshisha.eu. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

The following are considered within the scope of reasonable testing:

Visual and tactile inspection of the device and accessories . Powering on the device and testing basic functionality . Running one or a limited number of test sessions to evaluate heat performance, vapor output, and temperature control

The following uses exceed reasonable testing and entitle us to deduct the resulting diminished value from your refund:

Visible scratches, marks, or physical damage beyond normal inspection. Burn residue, shisha material, or cleaning-resistant contamination of the ceramic chamber, vapor path, or mouthpiece connection . Extended use across multiple sessions over several days or more . Any modification, disassembly, or damage rendering the unit non-resaleable as new.

The deduction will reflect the objective reduction in resale value of the returned unit and will be communicated to you transparently upon receipt and assessment. Your right of withdrawal is not forfeited by use, but the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on the ENSO product, and a 1-year warranty for the ENSO battery. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material, and fabrication.

The right to warranty is waived if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Omni-Tech Design Kft covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Omni-Tech Design Kft, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Omni-Tech Design Kft, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
