Enjoy the best shisha moments with friends anywhere. The Enso features a swap-out battery for easy, on-the-go use.
Magnetic Simplicity
The magnetically attachable mouthpieces effortlessly eliminate the clutter and hassle of awkwardly hanging shisha pipes.
The hookah itself is great and works well. Just don’t forget to remove the battery safety tab! It’s definitely a safer alternative to charcoal, and I don’t regret buying it.
However, there’s one HUGE downside: the customer service and the way this company treats its customers. I’m really disappointed with my experience, and I’d recommend buying an ENSO somewhere else.
This isn’t a cheap product, and it was supposed to be a birthday gift. I ordered it a MONTH in advance, yet it still arrived late! I was angry and disappointed because they didn’t even ship it until I reached out to them. Then, the package ended up traveling through multiple states before finally arriving, so of course, it missed the deadline.
I don’t want to rate the product too harshly because the hookah itself really is great. But the overall experience was disappointing, and the poor customer service left a bad impression.
I love it,I just received it and I really love the style! I especially like how easy it is to carry and how you can take it with you anywhere. The only thing I’m still trying to figure out is the heat settings. I haven’t been able to find the right temperature for the tobacco yet without it burning, while still getting a good flavor. Hopefully I’ll get the hang of it soon!
